1. Can I cancel or return the product?

You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched. To do so, simply visit our website or email us at help@tailessentials.com

2. Do you offer pet food?

No, we are not offering any pet related food as of now.

3. How do I filter the products on the shop page?

You can filter products easily on our shop page. Simply follow these steps:

  • On the left side of the page, click on the β€œFilter” option.
  • Choose your desired category from the drop-down menu.
  • Select your preferred products and place your order.

4. I am looking for supplements for my pet. Do you have any?

We are currently not offering any food supplements. You can find Dog and Cat related supply and accessories at one place.

5. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive email updates with tracking details. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your order and track it until it reaches you.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

After dispatch, your order should arrive within 2 to 5 working days. In some case it can take up to a week time. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with some remote areas requiring a little more time. Please note that some delays may occur on Sundays and public holidays, as our courier partners do not operate on those days.

7. What are the shipping charges?

Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders!

8. Can I pay through Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. However, we’re working on adding this feature soon! In the meantime, you can use any of the digital payment options listed above.

9. Are there any coupon codes for first-time customers?
